Called my DNC registered number. Left no message. Those two facts in and of themselves are enough to place them in scammer category. Returned call with CID blocked and someone answered in Spanish. It's a sad day when we can't be scammed, even in broken English, in the (currently) primary language of the USA.
Left a partial voicemail on my cell phone in Spanish. Called back and got a pre-recorded message in Spanish.

This is an Obama don't care call center leaving messages on licensed insurance agents phones. This is so disgusting and I just hope that if at all possible, others agents will react very negatively to what what I consider a very harassing pone call.
