Called my DNC registered number. Left no message. Those two facts in and of themselves are enough to place them in scammer category. Returned call with CID blocked and someone answered in Spanish. It's a sad day when we can't be scammed, even in broken English, in the (currently) primary language of the USA.
They left a partial voicemail on my cell phone this afternoon in Spanish. Someone on this site said it was a Spanish-language ObamaCare enrollment marketing so I did not call them back. I took a cue from another contributor and filed a complaint with the FCC.
