As soon as I hear the line "sorry I'm having trouble with my headset" I hang up automatically. Seriously, they need another pick up line. That one is getting really old. Must get one of these calls once a month!
SCAM!!! I received a voicemail from 214-814-6965 with the following message.
“I'm so sorry I couldn't hear you clearly, can I ask you a few questions before I transfer you to a travel coordinator will give you all the details on your amazing vacation? Can I ask you if you questions before I transfer you to a travel coordinator will give you all the details on your amazing vacation?”
I got the same message about the problems with the headset from another number today - 214 814 6892 Grapevine, Texas - and they think they can fool folks with this. Another number to add to my blocked list.
Called my cell a little after 2:00. The cell's CID showed "Dallas TX". I let it keep ringing. They hung up about the time voice mail would answer. I've got to the point where I don't answer at all unless I can confirm that it's a genuine call.
This number has called me twice daily for at least the last week and it comes up as different phone numbers. I said yes hoping to talk to a human to give them a piece of my mind and it instantly hung up. I bet I just signed up for a horoscope reading or some crap. Heres an article on how the scam works. http://www.omaha.com/money/this-phone-scam-ju ... 0657f1c1c0.html
