Wake up people.... specially you with all the conspiracy theories. You can report these phone numbers all you want. It will do no good. THE NUMBER YOU SEE ON YOUR CALLER I.D. IS "SPOOFED" = NOT REAL. It is fake. That's why when you call, it is disconnected, or you get the repeated busy signal. They use sophisticated VOIP networks to hide the real number they are calling from. Simple solution - do not answer, do not call back. As long as there are people stupid enough to answer, and stupid enough to call back a number they don't know, these scammers will succeed.
I answer all calls that I don't know because I am looking for a job otherwise I wouldn't answer any number I don't recognize. It was a recorded message congratulating me on winning a trip. I just hung up.
Automated message stating I won 2 cruise tickets to the Bahamas. All I needed to do was take a survey from Scientific Survey and would receive my tickets. She said press one to take the survey or press 9 to be removed permanently from the calling list. I pressed 9. Something that sounds too good to be true, usually is.
