The Do Not Call list means nothing to these people. I have never received a call from a legitimate business doing telemarketing, although I do get calls from charities as they are not included in the DNC rules. I just either refuse to answer or tell them that I do not answer telephone appeals.
I just got a call today 01.21.15 on my cell phone from this number no one there. Called it back and got the rapid busy signal. AT & T needs to go after these people and the government needs to assess fines for these types of harassment.
