The call comes from an unknown #. The message is from a "Veronica Turner, private processor" retained to serve legal paperwork to me but to call "officer Murphy" at 214-919-4142 re: "legal paperwork" provided a case #. I would have ignored this call, since I don't even live in the county referenced by this Veronica Turner, but then she called my parents, who live in a different town, suggesting I'm in some legal trouble, which of course scared my poor mother. So, I tried calling this officer Murphy back 3 times and received an answering machine each time, instructing me to leave my name, case # and call back info...which they obviously already have, but, I have no idea who "they" are! I suspect this is a scam, since I've received similar messages in the past, threatening to serve me paperwork at my place of business...but calling my elderly parents (I'm 43 y.o.) is crossing the line. Has anyone else received a call from an unknown # to call officer Murphy back at #214-919-4142?
Yeah, sure you are. Is there any need for me to ask you to post any verifiable info. about this outfit? You see, that's what we do here. All we ask is for is verifiable information from a person who had been served a summons, appeared in court & was court ordered to be wage garnished. For some odd reason, none of those people (SHILL!) ever come back to post anything but BS.
