Oh I would love a call from you, you promised something you didn't follow through with & now I guess my only option is FBI. Could have solved this the easy way, but nope.
Received a call from "Jeff Pearce" today, he asked for owner by name. I asked reason for the call & he said "he will know" so I proceeded to transfer call. Our owner was at lunch & asked me to take a message for him to call back & to get more information because he did not recognise the name. I got back on with Jeff Pearce & told him I needed to take a message but he said "that is okay, I will call back".......like that will get him through next time....I THINK NOT! I looked number up on-line & found out he was calling from Goldman Pearce - Litigation Management located in Dallas, TX. Now, why would we want to have a Texas company help with litigation management? Calls like this are VERY ANNOYING, they act like they are personal friends of the owner & they act like they are very important & they are rude also.

Do not place any business with Goldman Pearce LLC, they make it all sound good but in return they will collect the money that debtors owe you & then not pay you in return. We were one of the lucky companies to fall for the scam & haven't been paid back for what they collected. If you had the same problem please reply to this message & we might be able to work together to get our money back.
I have been using them for a while now and they always do good work for me. They always pay me once the money has cleared. I had a problem because my salesman got fired but, called in and spoke to John Goldman and he took great care of me. They have always been there for me with straight strong advise. The only problem I have with them is that they will not take all of the accounts I tried to give them and their rates were a little high. Small price to pay when it could have been worse.
