Got a call on my cell from this number, I didn't answer. They left no message. I've been getting spam calls twice a day for a while now from numbers all over the country, I'm assuming this is just another one.
I do not answer any calls on my home or cell phone unless I know the number calling. If it is a genuine call not the usual crap they can leave a message.
