Who called from 2151581100

Spoofed number. Reported to FCC at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm.

We are on a do not call list, yet 1/3 of the calls we get are from telemarketers. How do you get them to stop calling??????

Telemarketing call from a spoofed number.  No clue who the company is, as to caller had a very thick accent.
