I am behind due to a medical problem (unable to work and no short term disability) I have spoken to all my creditors and everyone else is working with me and understanding when I tell them I will pay as soon as I get back to work EXCEPT these people. They have told me to pay them instead of using what little income I have left to buy food & pay electric etc - they have said I should ask my family to pay for me and the list goes on and on. I can not stand talking to them anymore...each time is the same and all I want to do is cry after I "talk" with them.
Don't even bother 2 answer these calls anymore. They don't care about ur situation and refuse to accept anything less than a payment right then and there. As soon as finish paying this one off, my Credit One line is going! Can't stand this company! Not one of my other cc companies harass me like them!
