I get these calls on my cell phone approximately once every day, the number seems to always be different, same call though. Usually they say nothing, I actually want them to say something so I can mess with them. They have called my work number in the past also.
got the same call. same result "all circuits busy". Added to my "rejected numbers" list. Thinking it won't get through again! Interesting there's a whole site and discussion page about this! Perhaps these are the people MAKING THE CALLS??
I didn't pick up but they left me a voicemail, saying "it is not too late to return this call, it's very dangerous to drive your car without warrenty..." something like that
I mean it makes no sense cos I have factory warrenty from my car.
