Get this call on my cell then on my work phone. No message left on either line. Occasionally get a "non-message" for the second call - but its just background noise of some type.
Got a phone call from this number at work. They wouldn't leave a message. Called them back and Talked to a lady named Ashley Franklin. This is a Medical Bill collector. Their complaint department number is 1-800-355-0333 ext. #1357. If you want to make a complaint you have to enter the extension number, if not just the basic number and then someone will direct you to whoever is over your account.
