my clear phone is calling this number "ALL BY ITSELF" several times a day..........
for the last several months......i just found the outbound calls on my bills.......
I don't know the number and when you call it the response says "Please enter your password".....
the number is not traceable, but lists as Levittown, Pa......it comes up on the map as center city.
