It's a robo-caller for some water-treatment company. It says if you want a free drinking water evaluation, press 1... blah blah blah. I hate these things.
Unknown company; we usually screen out calls form unknows but since we have a number of relatives in Philly we answered . It is a robocall that asked us to "press 1 if you have questions about your drinking water." At that point we hung up. We are on "Do Not Call" and we have reported the violation.
