Who called from 2152973112

Person called with no voice mail. I called back and they tried to offer me a "fixed rate". spam....

Company on electric rate. I do my own shopping and have a very good fix rate. Caller ID say. Capital Blue CR. What else do they sell?

This number has rung my phone several times in the past week.  They never leave a message.  I do not pick up because it only identifies  itself as "Out of the area".  I'm sure its phone spam.

No message left. Called Jan 7 @ 9:52 am. Must be a telemarketer since no message was left and I am sure they don't know me.

No response when I answered; then call was disconnected.  They want you to call them back out of curiosity.  DON'T!!
