Received the following scam text message to my number: First Savings Bank ALERT: Due to our recent security upgrade, your CARD #433214 has been temporarily DEACTIVATED. Please call (215)344-1605
Upon calling the number, a voicemail machine picks up and says I have reached First Savings Bank. Have never banked with them.
it is most likely the same people that text everyone saying there CC has been comprimised and call to fix it. it is a scam to get you CC/debit card number. i have no idea how law enforcement or the government has not done anything about this. people are texing private cell phone numbers trying to get financial information for purposes of stealing your money and they are to useless to catch them? if these people are smart enough to get away with this and the powers that be are too lazy or stupid to catch them then maybe they should trade places. this stuff is annoying and blows my mind that they allow scams like this to continue...i used to think i lived in america but these days im not so sure

Same number want me to activate my card --- SCAM/FRAUD. My husband received same message yesterday and I received it this morning - I contacted our kids to ignore the message. AT&T verified it's a telemarketer and a scam.
