I have not answered this call because my caller ID only shows "I" and they never leave a message. If it is important and pertains to me I figure they will leave a message. I do not know anyone in Levittown or Philadelphia PA.
It is a telemarketer for a charity organization. They will call and ask for you by name and will call sometimes twice a day, same times everyday. very persistent. 8am and 8pm for me, which is not a good time to call.
Cell 215 383 3406 Pennsylvania. Called 7/25/2013 11.55am. I answered, and he called me by name, and said he was the National Police Association. I hung up immediately. What police dept. calles from a cell phone????? Don't trust anyone, anymore.
