I have this # blocked, phone rings once then cuts off after 2 tries they back with Private Caller. I called them and get message it is a fund raiser either for children or vets. I have been told that telemarketers can be blocked but this law does not pertain to charities. So they do not come under the No Call List. Anyone know any difference?
