They keep calling me even tho I am making payments to tell me there is a problem with my payments. I asked what is the problem if I am making payments every month...supervisor advised its because they want to have my credit card info to do auto payments. until you give this or set up a pre-paid card to auto pay they will still call he told me. This is crazy. Never heard a company getting paid say that this is a problem.
