i have had several calls from this #, and like all others, no answer. very frustrating. have family in hospital, and this is very annoying! don't have time or the patience to play their games.
Answered the call after seeing area code "215" -- Phila. PA area; we have family there and thought it might be someone we knew. Caller said he was from Am-Vet, calling from Greensburg, PA. When I said the caller ID showed area code 215 from the Phila. area, no where near Greensburg (Pittsburgh area), he fumbled a bit, said he was going to get his supervisor to talk to me, then abruptly hung up. Very fishy! Do not trust them! We are on the "do not call list".
I called the number back. They say they are AM-VET, and if you would like more information to call the following number 1-800-327-4302. Eventually you will get the prompt to dial 9 to remove your name from their listing. You can't have caller id blocking on your number or have a private number for this to work. Hope this helps everyone!
got a call eariler when I was at work, message sounded like someone breathing. I call the # back and got a beep beep tone . # said southhampton pa on my caller id
