I just got an email from this Alfred Reed stating my husband was getting arrested tomorrow. I tried to get information but the foreign speaking guy got VERY ugly with me I have NO idea what this is about. What are my legal rights. This needs to be stopped
Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process. They will deliver the notification without warning.

I too received a threatening email from this number claiming that the person, Scott Hutchinson, a senior attorney with his law firm was trying to scare me by stating that a warrant was on hold for a short time but that I should hire a lawyer and expect to get arrested. I don't no anything about an $11,000 debt that they claim that I owe. I emailed them back and informed them that I have passed the illegal email to the prosecuting attorneys of my township, county and state where I live. I also turned the tables on them and informed them that yes I am willing to sign any and all papers to have this Scott Hutchinson, his law firm and anyone else that is found to be connected with this scam prosecuted tonthevfullest extent of the law. I also told this Scott that if these emails continue that I was one person that would love to legally fight him head on and I will do that I'd indeed there are any more emails. This really is a scam. Please continue to report this harassment so the authorities can catch and punish whoever is responsible.
I just received a phone call from a manager at my work that said I needed to contact Officer Michael Black with the Bureau of Crime Investigations at phone number 215-469-4908. I called him back and he spoke with an accent and either his phone was not turned up or he just spoke softly because I could barely hear him. He said that my social was used to have an American Cash Advance loan done. He said that my IP address was linked to this loan to have money deposited into a bank account. He said that he did not contact my work, that it was the local sheriff's office contacting my work. I told him no that my manager said I needed to contact him. I've heard of American Cash Advance because there are a couple of them here in my city. They are a payday loan company. I have never used that payday loan place. I told him that i never signed up nor received anything from them. I also told him to send me documents to look over. He told me an address, what email was used, a social, and what bank it went to. I told him that I did not live at that address, nor have that account. He would not tell me when this loan was opened or even the amount. When I asked for that he got hostile with me. He said that the US government will put a stop or hold on my Social and I'll be prosecuted and possibly thrown in jail. I asked him what did he mean that my social will have hold on it. He said that I wouldn't be able to file taxes, get a home, car, or even my social security benefits when I come of age for that. I said how can that happen when I still have at least 30 years before I can get Social Security. He said he could do anything he wanted. Then he hung up on me. I then got online and searched the number. It's from Philadelphia. I have also read some of the comments hear and noticed people saying the same thing with the same company. I think it is wrong to be harassed this way and even through my work. Now I have to tell my managers about this so they won't fire me over this.
