Who called from 215510

I just got a text from this number not even 2 minutes ago.  I have no idea who it is, and nothing shows up when I do a search for it on the web.

Received a text [email protected] VisaDebitCard XXXXXXXX issue. Call 5017782065

Do not REPLY because once you do, somehow it gets all of your information.

Do not reply to this. It's a scam. If you call the 501 phone number you get a recording saying this is Bank of America, your card has been limited; enter your account number to activate your card.

Just got the same text.  I'm not calling it.

I got the same text and unfortunately did call back wondering what was going on. I quickly realized something wasn't adding up. I am hoping something can be done to stop this kind of thing. I'd like to know how they got my number.
