They call me all the time. All the time. Never a message. Starnet on the caller ID. Reminds me of that David Bowie song. "There's a starman waiting in the sky

What I do is substitute the word "Starnet" for "Starman" and sing it.
This number calls my phone 2-3 times daily. Caller ID reads Starnet. He says he is calling regarding our PECO electric bill to make sure we are getting the proper reduction on our bill. He hasn't gotten the message..I don't want to talk to him but they keep calling and he is very rude when I answer...I've stop answering when he calls!
