THIS IS A SCAM - THEY ARE TRYING TO GET YOUR PERSONAL INFO ESP SSN. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING - NOT EVEN YOUR NAME. SCAM - SCAM - SCAM!!! Block this incoming call if you can.
If you have Verizon, you CANNOT block them!! I had to call Verizon (which in itself is a huge hassle) to block one of their fake numbes, but they use many others.
