These are complete scumbags, sent me a letter and started calling. Very rude, which just being abrasive is a violation of WV state law. Guy said he didnt have to abide by it because he was in PA, Ha! Got the whole thing recorded and the WV state attorney's office was VERY interested to hear it. Also WV state law prohibits law offices from being collection agencys. They have the same mailing addres as NCB. Check the laws for your states people, Im gonna sue them and take their friggen money, got a lawer that loves to eat these a-holes for lunch....know your rights!
