Who called from 2156470338

Automated call from an unnamed company offering to lower interest rate on existing credit card.  Do not bother answering.

Call came in and I accidentally answered the call. I didn't say "hello" but listened to silence and then the calling party hung up. I don't know who it was, but I've blocked the number based on the number of complaints from this CLID.

Scammer robo call telling me it was my final notice to lower interest rate on my credit card (which I don't have). Caller I.d. Showed Pennsylvania.

Recording. Did identify company but wanted to lower my credit card interest rate. Scam.

Didn't identify themselves.
