The number is for Pennsylvania Hospital. It is just an outbound line, no incoming call to it

This is from 3B Orthopaedics.  Dr. Balderston, Booth and Bartolucci

I just received a call from this number around 1:30 today.  It says that this is not a working # when I call it back.
Is this from a patient room at University of Penn Hospital?

I received a call from this number at 10:17 a.m.  When I tried to return the call, I got a recording saying this is not a working number.

I received numerous back to back calls from this number.  Reading the previous comments I don't understand why I would be receiving a call from this number.
