Who called from 2157010700

Left a message from a dr/md office I think this is associated with pennsylvania hospital

Received a call at least twice from 215.701.0700  Called back and the announcement said "you have reached a non-working number"
If it is non-working; how are they calling me?

Does anyone know who this is?  Reverse look-up says it is land-based "Broadwing Communications Line"

I recived the same call today. Twice. I called back and it said the same things. Non working number.

Thank you I have been going crazy with this received message from 215 701 0700, yesterday, Monday, 11/03/ @ 6:52PM...caller identified herself ss "Lisa of ?????... (I cannot understand her speed talking)" reminding my son (his actual name) that he has an appointment at 10am tomorrow which he is not aware of.
P.S. I beleieve it is familiar as a Temple University number????

Loud tone when picked up the phone fax machine like. Got three additional calls.
