Comes up on caller id as US Govt. A recording of a foreign sounding voice makes a threat. It was followed up two minutes later by a call from 215-734-0226 that came up as Out of Area on caller id which is starting to generate reports on 800 notes. It looks like these two numbers are tied together as part of the same scam. Note that they are mimicking the US Govt on caller ID.
