This is a legit number from Aetna's call center in Blue Bell, PA. There are a number of departments located in this office: EAP services, case management, etc.
I am not an Aetna employee, nor have I ever been insured by Aetna, but I got a call yesterday from this number about my Aetna benefits. They called my call phone and used my name, so I am concerned.
I am an Aetna employee and I got a call from this number. I was on a confernce call at the time but tried calling back since I have caller ID. I had no sucess. I will keep trying.
