I called them back. Got a recording saying it was "The Customer Communications platform." Gave me options to leave a message, be connected to a rep, or be deleted from their database. (Guess what I chose!)
most blogs say it's a "student loan scammer" - they called on my cell phone. I always report the numbers to the Do Not Call website for what it's worth.
