Who called from 2158459018

Scammers totally ignore the Do Not Call list. Technically that list does not physically (or electronically) prevent anyone from calling you. Only legitimate companies and organizations will obey it and not call. BTW, charities and political organizations are exempt - they can call you.

Called my cell, lots of static and some music in the background. No voice.

Student loan BS.  I am 67 and retired so this is total BS.  Do not call is absolutely worthless.

This is the second day in a row they called my cell  Now it is blocked.

Unknown Caller didn't answer no voicemail
