At 4:15 P. M. on April 15, 2016, a man speaking with an Indian accent and claiming to be from Windows said my computer had downloaded a virus. He claimed that he was calling to help me get rid of it. Then he said that I should turn on my computer. I told him that I had solved the problem and hung up. It was already on and Windows Defender had found no unwanted software on my PC.
