Same old Robo caller (this time CID was 'SURVEY') attempting to get you to lower your credit card interest rate which is a scam in itself.

called cell, message about new lower mortgage rates...b.s.

I just got a call from this number at 8:42am. I don't think anyone with legitimate business begins calling people this early. I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.

Called our number this AM, No message left.

This number appeared on my Caller ID with the identification, "SURVEY". It was a recording: "Heather from Account Services." Did not state the company name. Offering to reduce my credit card interest rate to 6%, that this was the last notice, and to press 1 to speak with an account executive or 2 to discontinue notices. I hung up. This has to be a scam!
