I heard automated female voice state press 1 to speak to a rep to lower my credit card interest rates, or to press 2 to be removed from list. my son pressed 1 then he heard some static for 15 seconds and told me he didn't hear anyone, no music, just static line noise. He then heard faint voices in background as in call center sounds like then other party that called me hung up.
