Ditto, the Caller ID just says Philadelphia PA along with the phone number. I listened to the entire message. Spiel was about helping you with back taxes owed to the IRS -- which we don't owe anything. Then they instruct you to press 1 to speak to an agent. I did, just to see what would happen. Lo and behold, all agents were busy! Imagine that! Then they tell you to give your full name, phone number, and the amount of back taxes you owe, and BEEP, start recording, you're supposed to fall for it. Well, I turned them in to the FCC. Enough people do this, the bums will be hunted down. Here's the handy dandy web site, you just fill in the blanks, very easy to navigate.

Received a call from this number earlier today - I did not answer, and no message was left behind. I assume it is another SPAM phone call from some scammy outfit - and I am on the DNC list so they are breaking at least one law by calling my mobile phone. The 215 area code is Pennsylvania - but as many scammers are apparently using spoofing software they can be anywhere - they just make up a number as the one they are calling from. That is very unlikely to be their real number or location.
When will the FCC really get to work and fix this widespread problem? Just wondering...
