got a call telling me that they needed me to get in touch with my daughter because she had severe legal problems and they needed to contact her. When I asked what the problems were they told me they need the last four digits of her social. I said no and they hung up.
This is a scam. Calling distant family members saying they are involved in a law suit when the person owes nothing. trying to scare family members into paying things the person doesn't even know. Report to authorities. When I try to return call, the number is not in service.
Got a call from them again looking for someone named Dan (I am not Dan and don't know anyone with that name). They said there is a legal complaint or something. These guys sound like debt collectors. If you receive a call from them, tell them to stop. If they don't report them to the FTC.
They say my Husband owes Money and they are Arresting him in 24 hours, also they have called his Mothers number asking personal Questions about him and got her upset.
