Everyone look for the company and there board of directors. Then we can ALL turn this around on them. I have found out so far-----
The phone carrier is Broadwing Communications LLC in OH some fly by night.

these people called me and started talking about lowering my interst rates. i told them i only have one credit card and pay it every month. when i asked where they got my number as i am on a do not call list they just hung up
Just got a phone call from this number. I pressed one to find out how they got my number. When I said I pay off my credit cards and asked where they were calling from, they said "Thank you" and hung up.
I received a call from this number. I ignored it, but in the past if I answer, I can not tell them to take me off either, what an annoyance!
I just quit answering calls I do not recognize, it makes it hard to be self employed!!
Wish the regulators would put a stop to this!
