Damn people! They change numbers like I change underwear, frequently! They won't listen when you tell them not to call you anymore. They hang up before you get the words out of your mouth. They begin the call by saying, "Credit Card Services, this is Rachel. Of course this is pre-recorded.
I'm on the "Do Not Call List". These people called me at 9:36 a.m. (Weird that it is the identical time as Jill's) This unidentified company continues to repeatedly call me. I have ignored the calls. I have answered the calls and have listened to the recorded message and tried to get removed from the call list. I have also attempted to speak with a customer service agent when the calls did not stop and once I told an agent that I wanted to be removed from the call list she/he disconnected the call immediately. They have called from multiple numbers. The recording states that they can lower my interest rate. I just would like the calls to stop so that my work day can stop being interrupted.
