Got a call today from them saying that I'd been named in a case, with affidavit #14419 and to respond in 24-48 hrs. SCAM!!! the number they gave to call was 888-600-1463. I'd been getting the same call from a man's automated voice, now a woman. They are trying REAL hard!
I REC'D A RECORDING FROM THIS NUMBER, THAT I HAD A COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST ME, AFFIDAVIT #99910 & TO CALL 888-663-7320 WITHIN 24 HOURS TO CLEAR THIS MATTER UP. WHEN I LOOKED UP 888-663-7320 IT'S SOME SAFETY SUPPLY TYPE PLACE. CLEARING THIS IS A SCAM & THEY ARE SPOOFING THE 888 NUMBER.
This company is a fraud.. if this number calls you, please let police know. They will say that there is an acct number and to call a collection company. that collection company does not know anything about this illegal company they are just taking accounts. More then likely you DO NOT owe any money to a check cashing place, this company is just trying to collect money...it is a fraud..DO NOT PAY...company is affiliated with Bahama Marketing Group. the number they called from is 216-220-0161, if you call you will only get a voice mail, never a real person... it is fraud! D NOT PAY!
Our government needs to start cracking down these criminals and throw them away and loose the key. I called them back and told them if I got one more phone call them I would be filing suit for harrassment on them. The young girl, said okay thank you and hung up. IT IS DEFINITELY A SCAM. PUT THESE JERKS AWAY!
