These guys called around 1pm and left msg. Knew instantly what the deal was, so I've called back and talk to a lady, forget her name, she explained to me about an affidavit against me. So se tried to verify my last 4# of my social, and I've cut her off, asking when did this so-called payday loan went into effect. She stated, 2011. And I've told her that in two years, the so-called payday loan could've been paid over and over again. And I then told her I never, ever going to F@#$n' pay you guys, so stop effin' callin. She then threaten me with the police or whatnot. I then told her to go ahead, send them, you know where I'm at, alledgely, and then hung up on her. How do these piece of S#!t can get away with this?!?!
this happend to me too. called on cell came from 216-220-0161 but they gave me a different number 888-600-1463. Called the 888 number and a recording came on to get a $50.00 visa gift card if I would get Dish Network told me to press 1 for the offer or 2 for anything else so i pressed 2 and it hung up. HUM if this was a true buiness they would not have an adverstisement as soon as you call. These scammers a stupid but i really wish they would quit calling my phone.
Im getting a call from this number 216-220-0161 saying I applied for a loan in 2010 and I was credited 500.00 to my account. their client is willing to settle for 595.00. the scary part is they knew the last 4 digits to my ss #. I told them I will investigate my account and there was no money credited to my account other than my job. Clearly this is a scam and someone has to do something to stop these crooks from taking peoples hard earned money
I got a call from this #, I don't answer #'s I don't know. I then blocked my # and called them back. She would not, no matter how many times I asked "what is the name of your company" and she kept saying , umm hold on a second...I'm trying to figure out where you're calling from...after a min or so of this, I hung up on her. SO SICK OF THESE SCAMMERS! I never used to avoid my phone when I saw #'s I didn't know. Especially using my cell for business....but now I have to screen all unknown #'s!
I have been receiving threatening phone calls from this number, I told them the police is on their tracks. I also blocked their number from my phone. There MUST be a way to stop these SCAMMERS.. I am sick and tired of them...
