I haven't signed up for anything. Having your number on the no call list doesn't' do a bit of good. Been on since it started and I still get tons of BS calls. Contact your legislators and ask them how much campaign contributions they get from these scum and tell them your vote will be going to whoever can put some teeth into the no call list.
