Who called from 2162780121

Received several calls yesterday from this number but did not answer. Each call eas proceeded by a call from 302 414-8632. I answered one from that number. Not sure if person or recording but something about a loan that I don't have. Today I received another call from the 216 number, only tang once.

I'm in high school and I get a call from this number at least 4 times while there. It's getting really annoying.
