They called at 2:12pm. Didn't answer. I simply pressed "block" on our office phone and "POOF" they are gone forever.
We are a local business - so any calls emanating from the east or east coast are automatically blocked.
Folks, you must purchase a call blocking phone or device. They work and they are inexpensive.

Call blocking is only effective for legitimate marketing calls. Callers that are willing to ignore the DNC lists and other regulatory statutes are also typically going to spoof their phone number so that blocking will do little good other than potentially block innocent numbers.
