Someone affiliated with duke energy stating I could be approved by a 'government program' to lower my Duke bill. #2 to decline eligibility...after I pressed 2 I thought they would probably just call more since they got a real person. grr.
I called the number back as well and the first thing you get is a recorded message asking if you want to be put on their dnc list to press #1 so I did. Said it will take 24hrs. to complete. Will see.
