It's Save the Children. At least, that's what the recording said when I called them back. They do courtesy calls every once in a while, so it's legit. (I currently sponsor a child).
And actually, I just now answered, and they were just confirming my address, etc. so they can send that packet in the mail to ask you to send envelopes and get donations from friends and family. And then they thank you profusely.
