Received call from Blah blah (can't make out the name) Energy company doing a "follow up call" regarding my request to switch providers. I didn't request that my carrier be changed so that indicates that they're not on the up and up. English seemed to be a second language for the female I spoke to as she used poor grammar and improper syntax. I put her on blast and told her I didn't want any more calls from their company and I would be contacting the State AG regarding their habitual calls numerous times a day after being told to cease and desist. Doubt if they'll stop until the states starts to level large fines against them.
Calls every day , numerous times a day. Seemed to be timed in between call because its ALWAYS close to hour and half . Have repeatedly asked to have number removed from their list since LAST YEAR ! Not only do they not understand the word NO , they also dont understand the word REMOVE . ( better guess is they wont accept words no & remove ) ..... Do they get pd. EXTRA if they get someone to switch power companies ?
Two calls came back to back. The first number was blocked 216-465-8952
Then this number rang immediate after the first Num was blocked - 513-501-5774
I did not answer .. Left no message.
So, when you block a number they get smart and use a new number. Time to block another
