They called both my landline phone and my cell phone today! How could they get both numbers??? May 11 2016

# on Caller ID   no message left. 216 area code is Cleveland, Ohio

Harassing phone calls from this number, I have removed my number SEVERAL times and they still keep calling.

spam is active again on this number

Called my landline.    Caller ID showed "Financial Relief."   Didn't answer and my answering machine picked up.   Male voice kept asking "hello" with a heavy accent, then hung up.  Could hear boiler room chatter in the background.
