I called the number back and it asked if I want to be added to the DO NOT CALL LIST for this number (216-487-7014). Pressed "1" and it hung up. And if it doesn't work, I'll add it to my phone contacts under the name DO NOT CALL LIST and give it a "no ring" for the ring tone so I won't be bothered by it again. Works for collection calls too :)

Got a call from 2164877014. The message was silent and lasted 2 seconds. I am tired of these calls. Is there anybody out there doing something about this matter. Trump, Hillary, Bernie, anybody?
I get a call from this number 3 & 4 times a day. I don't answer it & even have it
blocked on my phone. I don't know why they won't give up. I won't answer their
call. Tired of this every day.
received call from this number with caller id of "Financial Relief". Didn't answer and they left no message. 5 minutes later they called again. Probably forgot where they were on the do not call list and accidentally used mine twice.
