This site is to a company that advertises that they will "buy your home for cash" (I googled it; did NOT go to the site) I too received this text after posting on Craig's list here in The DC area.
Just received a text message from 216-548-6590, it contained the same message. I also listed my house on Craigslist, I'm sure it's a scam and will wait for a real person to contact me about my house other than 'Qualifycheck.com'.
